Admission Procedure
• Admission is granted strictly on the basis of merit of the child.
• Admission is purely on academic grounds, irrespective of caste, creed and community. Any effort to influence the school in this regard in any form will disqualify the candidate.
• The minimum eligible age for admission in Class Upper Infant is 4+
• A Registration form is included in the Prospectus. The cost of the prospectus is Rs. 600/-. which is available from the following branches of United Bank of India:
1. 15, Darga Road, Kolkata 700 017, Darga Road Branch.
2. 4, Fairlie Place, Fairlie House, Kolkata 700 001, Dalhousie Square Branch

• The Registration form, duly filled should be dropped in the drop box at the school only, during school hours.
• Documents required for Registration with the school are as under:
1) A photocopy of Birth Certificate from Kolkata Municipal Corpn. / Hospital / Nursing Home / Municipality which should be Notarized.
2) A photocopy of Report Card from the school last attended. (Not applicable for Upper Infant) 3) One stamp size photograph of child and both the parents.
• After Registration, the child is required to appear for an observation/interaction. Observation / interaction will be mentioned in the Registration Card (for class Upper Infant date and time of observation/interaction will be notified on the school Notice Board).
• There will be no written test or formal interview for the Upper Infant children. They will be observed only through play way method in a group. The date of observation/ interaction will be notified on the school Notice Board.
• The final result for admission into a particular class will be displayed on the school Notice Board.
• Once the candidate is successful in the admission test and interview, the other formalities to be completed are –
a) Filling up of Admission Form signed by both parents.
b) Payment of all the fees within the due date, in cash.
c) Submission of a copy of the Birth Certificate. (The original is to be presented for verification at the time of Admission.)
d) One coloured passport size photograph of size 3.5cm. X 2.5cm.
e) Report card of the last class attended (not applicable for Upper Infant)
f) Submission of Transfer Certificate from the school last attended. (for outside candidate TC must be countersigned) (Not applicable for Upper Infant).
• Fees once deposited will not be refunded.
• Bus facility will be provided if there is a vacancy. Bus facility will not be provided to the students of Class IX to XII.

Withdrawal Policy

The child may be withdrawn from the school on one month’s prior notice or on payment of fees for one month in lieu thereof. A fee of Rs. 250/-will be charged for the issue of Transfer Certificate. If countersign required on the Transfer certificate the charges will be Rs. 500/-.
