About Junior Section
The Junior Section is housed in a four-storied building. There is a well-equipped playground in front of the building for our tiny-tots. A ground behind the building allows the children adequate space to play and various coordinated activities are held here.

Assembly Hall
It is a spacious hall, able to accommodate 300 students. Morning assembly, Inter House competitions, entertainment programmes and workshops are held here.
Class Rooms

Junior Section houses classes Upper Infant to Class IV. There are six sections in each classroom, each equipped with (Educomp’s) Smart Class technology oriented comprehensive teaching modules that allows the teachers to conduct lessons using the inter-active board. All classrooms are connected via Local Area Network that allow the teachers to share ideas, information and presentation.



Language Room
Situated on the first floor, some of the Second Language classes are taken in this room as per schedule.

Library
A spacious and well-equipped library, stocked with fiction and non-fiction books allows the growing mind to experience the pleasure of reading. Library facilities are provided to children from class II onwards. The Library also has an impressive collection of reference books for the teachers.

Computer Room
Situated on the third floor of the building the computer room is fully equipped to teach the little enthusiasts the basics of using the computer. Computer training is imparted from class II onwards. During class the one child one machine rule is followed to allow the child to learn by experiencing on her own.

Music
This room is situated on the third floor. It has the required musical instruments and a trained teacher to conduct the classes with the accompaniment of a tabla master

Meeting Time with the Coordinators :
Mondays between 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm
Class Teachers & Subject Teachers are available for consultation on every Friday of the month between 12:45 pm to 1:15 pm

Co-curricular Activities

Physical training
Physical training classes with exposure to different games allow the child an exposure to a methodological training pattern. During these classes students are also prepared for various competitions or special events like the Sports Day.

Dance Lessons
Our school has a host of budding dancers, who are given rigorous training in various classical dance forms. They are taught to appreciate the fine nuances of moods, tals, mudras so as to enable them to realize the richness of our great cultural heritage.

Extra Curricular Activities
Various Extra Curricular Activities are conducted in the Junior Section for classes III and IV to give an all-round exposure to the students. Activities such as - Bulbul, Chess, Creative Crafts, Quiz,Western Dance, Western Music and Yoga are held once in a week.
